Unbelievable

I have always harped on about people not throwing old pictures away and told readers: 'Give them to me, I will find a good home for them, usually with myself or in local photo archives'. At last, my pleas have now found fruition - God Bless the printed word!

Memorials

On driving up to Swarland, in Northumberland, chasing a story, I came across a memorial to Nelson and his victory at Trafalgar. To me it was out of the road, in the middle of nowhere (although locals would dispute this), but very impressive.
